What is StacyK Academy?
A series of webinars and office hours designed to help you transform your bookkeeping or accounting practice based on your goals.
In addition to the live webinar and office hours, we have a private FaceBook group designed as an ongoing support for attendees to get help from each other in a judgement-free zone where clients and potential clients can’t see because it is not a searchable group.
Who is it designed for?
Small bookkeeping and accounting firms – including sole practitioners!
How long is StacyK Academy?
The program runs 6 weeks.
How many attendees are in StacyK Academy?
I’m limiting the attendees to 20 at a time, so that everyone can participate in the open discussion during webinars and office hours. We all learn from one another in this manner, and develop personal connections that can continue beyond the length of the six-week course. Attendees may even find “accountability buddies” to help them follow through with the initiatives they choose to implement from the program.
Do I have to attend each webinar?
No. Webinars are recorded. Recordings are available evergreen, so you can go back to the materials whenever you need a refresher.
What does StacyK Academy cover?
The program covers the tools and process I use to run my business. Specifically:
Week 1: Find Your Jam. Ready, aim, fire–let’s figure out your target market and how you can best serve them. Our first week gives you the attorney created engagement letter that protects your interest, an NDA and conversion checklist.
Week 2: QuickReview™. My trademarked process for reviewing client’s QuickBooks files. This is my number one draw for clients that hire me as their bookkeeper. I’ll share my 16-step checklist with you.
Week 3: Base+ Billing. When I simplified my billing process (this is a different take on value pricing), I saved time, had happier clients and made more money. There you go!
Week 4: Apps. As a gadget FREAK, I love finding apps to save time and improve efficiencies for you and your clients.
Week 5: Client Scoring. Fire those sucky clients. Honestly. It isn’t worth it.
Week 6: Social Media 101. I’ll give you the basics for finding clients online.
